Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots sliced on the diagonal
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
In a large skillet combine carrots, butter sugar and water. Simmer carrots, covered until just tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook until the water has evaporated and the butter and sugar have formed a glaze.
