High Five Shopping List

NOTE: Total amounts needed for certain ingredients are stated in parentheses, just in case you already have these items in your kitchen and do not need to buy them.

STAPLE PANTRY ITEMS (Always make sure you have these staples on hand - these are essential ingredients you should always need.)
Salt, preferably kosher
Ground black pepper
Oils (extra-virgin or virgin olive oil, corn, vegetable)
All-purpose flour
Granulated sugar
Jar preminced garlic
Cooking spray
Unsalted butter

PRODUCE
1 bunch fresh parsley leaves (1 packed cup needed)
1 (10-ounce) package broccoli florets
1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves (1/4 cup)
1 English cucumber

FRUITS

2 tablespoons roasted pistachio nuts
3 cloves garlic, peeled
Salt and ground black pepper

MEATS, POULTRY & SEAFOOD
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 pound cubed chicken

1 bottle reduced-sodium chicken broth (1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon and more if needed)
1 (12-ounce) can mandarin oranges
1 bottle sherry vinegar (1 tablespoon)

CHEESE & DAIRY
1 (15-ounce) container part-skim ricotta cheese
8 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan (2 tablespoons)
