After years of working for other people Sam decided to open his own restaurant, Bravi. A perfectionist who wants everything around him to be perfect, Sam’s afraid his attempts to create the perfect restaurant have fallen short of his own expectations. Anxious for Bravi to live up to his dreams, Sam has opened his doors to Restaurant Makeover, but can he step back and let designer Glen Peloso and Chef Massimo Capra work their magic, or will his desire for perfection get in their way?
