Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) white wine (a Spanish white, made from grape varietals like Albarino, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo, Viura, Torrontes, or Godello)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 1 to 2 oranges, cut into chunks
- 1 to 2 apples, cut into chunks
- 1 to 2 peaches, cut into chunks
Directions
In a large pitcher, combine the ingredients. Stir and let sit for at least 2 hours, refrigerated. Serve plain, over ice, or with soda water.
