Ingredients

  • Cooked shrimp, about 12 to 14 ounces
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons diced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 4 long sandwich rolls

Directions

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, lettuce, mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, and Creole seasoning with a spoon. Mix well. Spoon mixture onto rolls and serve immediately.
