yummy! 11/11/2007 at 12:26pm User: sharon from brooklyn, NY User Rating: very good idea! especially since this is the method for making 'greek yogurt' without paying big bucks for it. i made it this morning but i used mango nectar and used part agave nectar syrup and part honey. then i added some granola & craisins and soo good! Wow! Loved it! 09/16/2007 at 05:52pm User: LISA from Northridge, CA User Rating: Made this just last weekend when my aunt came to town for a few days. We love to sit and chat (for hours and hours!) and this offered us such a wonderful 'Brunch' to enjoy while we talked! I set the yogurt in the fridge to drain the day before, then that morning I stirred in the honey, nectar (I used mango as I couldn't find peach), fruits and nuts, and I also added some granola I had. It was absolutely wonderful to sit and enjoy this delicious treat while sharing with my beloved aunt. We really loved this dish. It was a little tart for me (I squeezed a bit more honey on mine), but she thought it was perfect! I'm going to mix up another batch of it for my high school-age daughters to take to school for an on-the-go breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a healthy, filling, and easy breakfast or snack. yummy =) 09/13/2007 at 01:50pm User: Emily from Chino Hills, CA User Rating: Great and simple recipe! I didn't have honey and I substituted plain white sugar, to taste. Delicious! =) Just OK 09/02/2007 at 12:04pm User: Katie from Edmond, OK User Rating: This was a little disapointing. It was a little too zesty. If i make this again I will not use as much orange. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but I expected something much better as Ina's recipes always are. Perhaps with a few adjustments this will be worth making again. It seems delicious! 09/01/2007 at 01:33pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I will try this recipe. Easy and delicious 05/26/2008 at 08:37am User: Nancy from Garfield Heights, OH User Rating: This was very easy to make. The flavors blended wonderfully. You can taste every ingredient. I will make it again. terrific 01/23/2008 at 08:51pm User: Paula from Shelburne, VT User Rating: I made this using canned peaches that were in pear juice. I rinsed the peaches. One small can works fine for the four cups of yogurt. If your on Weight Watches one cup of this recipe is about 3 points. BUT...it is very filling so it's a well spent three points. This point value is only approximate you can pretty much figure out the points on your own. This is a wonderful recipe and I will make it a staple in my diet. |
