Great mac salad! Tastes better if left in the fridge for a few hours, and if you don't like black pepper, i would only put in a tsp instead of a tbsp b/c it's a bit much. Definitely a keeper!

As a garlic-aholic I never thought I'd say this, but this recipe has too much garlic! It really overpowers everything else. Next time I'd use way less, and maybe even eliminate it altogether. Otherwise - yum!

This is a great basic recipe with an added kick. I could not find Peppdew peppers and didn't replace with anything. Would be interesting to know what I'm missing. I went a little easy on the red onion since not everyone likes that strong flavor. I think I'd add a bit more peperchini, but maybe that's becuz I didn't have the other peppers. Had a nice crunch with the carrot and celery. Very good.

If you like macaroni salad kicked up a bit...this is the one. I had the peppadew peppers from one of Guy's other recipes and had to try this one. I found nice little tube pasta forf this recipe. I will definately make this again and use it in my catering biz! Thanks Guy!

I loved this macaroni salad. it had a kick to it which i love. it made so much in the recipe so i brought it to work and every one asked me if they can have more.

I live in Oregon and had no luck in finding Peppadews at all. I have a friend in PA that brought me some from there when she came home for Christmas, so I could findly make the salad. I took it to a pot luck and got lots of compliments. I am sure they didn't know what it was that gave it the kick until I told them. You can find them on line but the shipping is as much as the peppadews. I am sure it is worth the effort if you can find them.

My family and I really like this recipe, whether in the Summer or Winter, have found it to be very versitile. Easy enough to spice it up or leave it just as is.

I could not find peppadew peppers so I had to omit them. Will keep looking. I love the flavors and textures in this recipe. I do not like spicy mac salad so I made it my liking. Guy has become a fav of mine also...he ROCKS and I will continue to try his easy recipes.

This macaroni salad variation was spicy and fresh tasting and just plain delicious! I prefer less sauce, so I added part of an extra bag of macaroni... but that's just me. I'm more of a pasta person so I always go light on sauce. It took some time to prep the ingredients, but it was worth the time. This is a definite keeper. Spicy but not too spicy.

I love pasta salad but not over done or too bland. The ingredients give this a unique "kick" with a nice touch of tradition. It will be a permanent item on my salad and sidedish list!

At first I wasn't sure about some of the ingrediants in this salad...if they would taste good together, but since I was planning on making a macaroni salad anyway I thought that I would try this recipe out and I am SOOOO glad I did. Really, really good!! I'm craving more right now as I type this!!

I really liked all the vegetables and the spicy peppers but there was too much mayo, mustard and garlic. I might try this again sometime but i would half the garlic/mayo and mustard. It took a long time to cut up all the veggies. It is spicy so be sure you like that before trying.
