Wow 12/13/2007 at 05:24pm User: Preston from Forest Park, IL User Rating: This was better then I thought. Good, but not worth the effort 10/29/2007 at 03:35am User: Anonymous User Rating: I made this for dinner along with the Cedar Planked Salmon. While the salmon was "to die for", the Guid-Moc-Shoe was just okay. No kidding, I must have spent almost 2 hours in the kitchen chopping, roasting, peeling etc... for this recipe. Don't get me wrong, this dish was good, but not great. If you decide to make it, double the jalepeno like other reviewers suggested for extra flavor. I also served this with Emeril's Spinach, Orange & Almond Salad. killer dish 10/28/2007 at 02:48pm User: null from null, null User Rating: This was an awesome side to the cedar plank salmon Guy made in the same episode as this dish. They complimented each other well. Fantastic! 09/03/2007 at 02:27pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The recipe claims a prep time of 10 minutes. Perhaps for a professional (or maybe a team), that's true. It was closer to 30 with the roasting, chopping, etc. That said - it is absolutely fantastic! This one we'll keep and fix often. Different & delicious 07/22/2007 at 01:36pm User: Renee from San Carlos, CA User Rating: Everyone loved it! I would use a whole jalapeno and leave out the flour mixture next time. Guy is a great addition to the Food Network family. money 07/15/2007 at 12:21pm User: janet from belmont, CA User Rating: Guy;s cooking is fun, inventive, colorful and very very tasty. Needs More Heat 07/09/2007 at 01:19pm User: Teri from Redmond, OR User Rating: I suggest doubling the Jalopeno in this to give the dish more interest and thinning out the sauce with a bit more wine. delicious 07/08/2007 at 12:20pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Easy to make and the perfect partner for the cedar salmon! Fantastic 07/07/2007 at 02:20pm User: Linda from Reno, NV User Rating: The Guid-Moc-Shoe was great. Loved the taste not to spicey and when well with the Garlicy Cedar Plank Salmon.
