This guacamole was just awesome!! I didn't use the jalapeno's,(the original recipe called for these) however because at the time of making this, they were recalled and didn't want to use canned thought it would ruin it. I also used red onion as the original recipe called for and it was just fabulous!! My boyfriend loved it too!!

This recipe is a keeper! The recipe was super easy and the results were delicious and fresh! I could not find serrano peppers so I used jalapenos and only used two limes instead of three. Still turned out great!! Thanks Tyler!!

Too much lime juice, not enough garlic, if using serranos mince (not sliced into rounds unless you want to blow your head off). Avocados are basically all fat, you certainly don't need to add olive oil (no one in Mexico would) but I'm conviced Tyler drowns his Cheerios in olive oil.

This was THE BEST guacamole that I've ever eaten. When I first looked at the recipe, it said to use half a red onion and now it says to use a yellow onion...but I'm going to stick with the red onion. I liked the color that it added and I like the flavor a little more anyway. What I liked most about it was that you could really taste each individual flavor and they complemented each other extremely well. Thanks for the recipe Tyler!

It makes a lot, so if you're making it for smaller groups, I would suggest cutting the recipe in half. It gathered rave reviews from my boyfriend, my co-workers, and even my canine! Not spicy at all, though you can get a little kick from the peppers here and there. Will definitely be making it again.

I would give this guacamole a 5, but my husband said 4 as he said it needed more heat. I would probably just add one more serrano. Delicious!!!

This recipe was super easy! And is soooo delicious!. My Mom used to make this when i was younger and it taste just like hers!. One thing i did differently was i didnt add the Olive Oil, I just thought it tasted good already without it.

Very simple and great flavor. I made two batches and put tomatoes on one batch. The original recipe has a more authentic feel. Very good recipe.

My husband loves guacamole and has a discriminating palette for the stuff (ie. very picky). He said this was the best guac ever and I agree. Tyler, I think your ego is in no need of stroking, but I have to say, your recipes rock.
