I was a little nervous to try the bean dip, judging by appearance, but it was great, very flavorful. I sprinkled some low-fat cheese on top of mine. I felt it would've been too dy without it. recipe was so quick & easy. I will definetely make this again. I could eat this every day!

A?OK

My husband loved the Mexican tortilla Pizza, I on the other hand thought that the beans were a little bland and needed some spicing up.

I really enjoyed the flavors of this dish. VERY simple to make also. However, the texture of the cabbage was just a little overbearing for me on a Mexican style dish. The second batch I made, I lightened up the cabbage and mixed it w/ lettuce and it was more to my liking. But if you dont mind the cabbage texture I would say this recipe is nearly a perfect choice for healthy eaters. :)

great classic dish

It was ok. I don't think I'll make it again. I thought it needed some cheese, though. Who has pizza without cheese?!?!?

good spice blend

Didn't actually make this pizza yet, but made the bean spread, and used it on a chalupa, and it was excellent. Very flavorful.

I LOVED this recipe. I loved the flavor, the texture, and the fact that it's healthy. I love cheese very much, but I went without for the sake of lower fat, and I truly didn't even miss it! The juicy tomato, the flavorful bean dip and the crispy tortilla were awesome. Plus, it was simple as pie to make. Changes I made: I don't like cabbage, so I topped with shredded lettuce (the cold crunch on top was perfect). Also I lost the jalepeno pepper between the parking lot and my house, so I put in a few dashes cayenne. Amazing!

delicous and nutritious

Great taste and good nutrition. Everyone (adults and toddlers)loved this. I've never mixed cabbage with Mexican food, but this was a hit. I added some shredded cheese, which worked great.

I loved the bean dip and was glad to have lots left over. The next morning I crisped tortillas under the broiler and layered the bean dip, salsa, cilantro, and an over easy egg. YUM!

Yum...

I thought the picture of the Mexican Tortilla Pizza looked really delicious. Since I love both pizza and Mexican food I decided to make it for my family for dinner last week. We all thought it was fabulous and recommend it to anyone who loves the taste of Mexican food.
