Great flavor and incredibly easy

I made this for lunch today, and my fiancee and I loved it. It could have been a little spicier, so next time I might add some cayenne and red pepper flakes, but the flavor was delicious overall, especially after topping the beef with the toasted sesame seeds, scallions, and zest. I juiced an orange since my grocery store did not have tangerines in stock. What a difference the fresh orange juice makes! I may have to start juicing my own oranges instead of buying orange juice, too! This dish was so easy, and so yummy. It's definitely a keeper.

I made this for my family and they loved it! Extremely easy to make. Looks like it could be served at a fancy restaurant. Tastes amazing, I used top sirloin and cut thicker strips and cooked it longer. The sauce that goes with this is amazing! I highly recommend making this!

I really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce, but felt the dish was a bit too salty when all was said and done. I would definitely make this again, mostly because it was SOOO simple, and I always have the ingredients on hand. Next time I will probably cut back on the amount of soy sauce.

My boyfriend and I totally enjoyed this meal, although it was a little spicy for my taste buds! We both thought that the tangerine and ginger really meshed. The only complaint was that darn bed of rice; it would have been nice to eat something so tasty on a bed of something a little more exciting.

My husband and I loved this one .... we didn't have any tangerines so we just used good ol' oranges and it was awesome!! I sent this one to my mom and she even put in some OJ in with the soy and cornstarch mix for a little extra citrus flavor and loved it!! Another "off the hook" recipe Guy!!!

This was great. I didn't have time to make the pork rice to go with it, so I served it with brown rice and blanched snap peas. The meat was very flavorful and the sauce was great!

I have made this dish twice now and it has quickly become one of my favorites. The grocery store didn't have any tangerines, so I substituted oranges instead, but it was still very good. It was quick and easy to make. Best of all it has very good flavor.

Thank-you for another awesome healthy recipe. I used trimmed up skirt steak and hit it with the jaccard and it was melt in your mouth delicious in minutes. The sauce will go with anything, it's wonderful in it's self. While we had the beef, I served my friend the sauce on rice with blackened tofu. It's a keeper!!!!

THIS WAS DELICIOUS BUT WHATEVER YOU DO, USE A GOOD QUALITY MEAT-FLANK STEAK OR BETTER. WE USED SKIRT STEAK & IT WAS REALLY TOUGH-BUT THE SAUCE WAS SO GOOD, WE ATE IT ANYWAY!! THERE'S LOTS OF SAUCE SO MAKE SURE TO SERVE WITH ALOT OF RICE.

Awesome!

The first recipe of Guy's that I made was Blazy's Pepperoni Studded Lasagna--a winner. Now I made this tangerine beef, and it was also fantastic! Both were the most authentic tasting lasagna and Asian fare I've been able to make. I had to use oranges, as I could not find fresh tangerines in my market, but it was still so great. A keeper! Definitely will make this over and over. Also made the pork fried rice dish--delicious.

Delish!

Great recipe full of flavor. I made it even better by doing the following: 1) Place flank steak in freezer for about 20 min so you can easily slice it paper thin on the bias. 2) Add a splash of rice vinegar and 1 tsp of the ginger to the soy/corn starch marinade to tenderize the beef before cooking. It will be like buttah!! 3) Zest all of the tangerines used and wisk most of it into the sauce (that gives it a stronger tangerine flavor which is awesome.) 4) Wok beef in two batches, 2 minutes each. It will fry instead of steam which has a better flavor. Can't wait to make it again. The beef was so tender it could have been fillet migon. Since tangerines only have a short season, I'm thinking of buying in bulk and processing sets of juice/zest for the recipe and freezing for year round use. Enjoy!

The flavors in this sauce are just amazing. I had doubts at how well so many sauces would taste when combined, but it really did turn out great. Added a little more hot sauce to give it a kick and the whole dinner party loved it. Served the whole meal and at the end even had some fortune cookies to complete the theam dinner!
