Very yummy, and super easy to make. Great to serve to guests. Tip: You could substitute the heavy cream and sugar for low fat cool whip (add it to the the vanilla yogurt) and get the same creamy sweet taste, but fewer calories!

pretty good!

I made this for myself one hot day last week and it was awsome! I subistuted the rasberries for peaches and it was also good! I Plan on making it next summer all the time for a more lean, slimmer me!

I made it for dessert with strawberries and cool whip. I also used 1/4 cup of sugar and didn't serve it with the lady finger. Everyone enjoyed it.

Light and Refreshing!

This dessert is delicious... the perfect palate cleanser! I made the fool using strawberries rather than raspberries. My husband and I thought it would be great with blueberries too.

We thought it was great - No "Foolin'"

This is the perfect finish to a big dinner, where there is little room for a heavy dessert, but still needing to satisfy the sweet tooth. I disagree with other reviewers about it taking "all day" or that it is "just raspberry yogurt." It is light, refreshing, and a snap to make.

Delicious small treat

Made this with no sugar and piped into tall shot glasses, then served with lowfat lemon mini cup cakes for our Valentine's tea. It was a hit. Used a pint of no-fat yogurt, vanilla, 1/2 cup whipped cream and 1 cup frozen raspberries thawed right from the bag - easy and super yummy.

Very good

Very refreshing, could use more sugar though and more whip cream, but then it would not be healthy, so for health food it was very good!

Satisfying and quick.

This was very easy to make and so much lower in calories and fat than a regular Fool, but the taste was very good. I'm not sure how anyone could take all afternoon to make this (unless they just stood there staring at the yogurt draining and did nothing else!) It took me about 15 minutes. And I'm not sure how non-fat yogurt is "full of fat". Yes, there is some fat from the 1/4 cream, but compared to the 2 cups of cream a regular fool recipie where you're getting 26 grams of fat per serving, the 4 grams per serving here is a significant difference. The idea is to improve the recipe, but no one can make them fat free or calorie free! A good source for doing nutrition comparisons is nutritiondata.com

Really bad, needlessly

As the first reviewer accurately points out, saturated fat-filled raspberry yogurt is what you're making. With the saturated fat from whipping cream, this is anything but healthy. Don't bother, it's a waste of time, money, and bad calories.

This turned out great. Needed a light dessert because some of my guests were diabetic. I used plain frozen raspberries, light yogurt, and reserved some of the sauce to drizzle on the top. Delicious! Need to plan ahead and have the yogurt drain.

Loved It

I made this recipe with plain Greek yogurt instead and mixed berries. It was thick, creamy and delicious. Loved the sweet and tart flavor. I'll definately make this one again.

no worth it!

Make this if you have an entire afternoon to spend making a dessert that tastes just like lowfat raspberry yogurt. I love Ellie and her show- just not this recipe.
