This is very easy and delicious, also can be presented elegantly to any guests!!!! I couldn't read any rate review because of some technical difficulties, so, I actually felt nervous. Then, the result just made my family day!! Thanks, Emeril!!

This was a good recipe not a great one. It did not set up for me even letting it rest for 20 minutes. I would have rated it lower, however, the party I took it too, several really liked it. I prefer Giada's Chicken Tetrazzini. It has the wow factor and sets up great.

instead of chicken, i sauteed some yellow squash, zuccinni squash and red peppers and added that... and i used wonton/egg roll wrappers instead of no-boil lasagna pasta. it was FANTASTIC!!! i used frozen spinach too. i am pretty sure i had used ALOT more garlic too just b/c we love garlic! DELICOUS! husband and his friend RAVED about this veggie lasagna!

Well besides being fairly complicated to make, I felt it was a bit dry. Also, I would reccommend using regular noodles. The no bake ones came out cruncy and hard!

this requires more work than most pasta recipes but it's worth the effort ;) i made this for christmas and until now, i get requests from family and friends to make it again. it's rich and tasty and the spinach blends well with everything else. wonderful!

I've made lasagna before using a bechamel sauce and carmelized onions...this blew that recipe away! Seconds weren't enough for my husband! This will definitely be a staple recipe for me when I want something different then the traditional red sauce lasagna.

I cut this recipe in half to serve four and it was just the right amount. I followed the recipe exactly, although I did buy grilled chicken breasts from the store to save some time. My family loved it - the only thing I will do differently next time is use less salt, as the Parmesan is already fairly salty. For the reviewer whose lasagna didn't hold together well, she may not have let it sit for the required 20 minutes after taking it out of the oven. Actually 15 minutes is enough - mine came out great.

this recepie happens to be one of m favorites. it is simple yet full of flavor. the only thing that i do not like about this recepie is the mushrooms, other than that this is an amazing dish.

This recipe is fantastic. Easy and tasty. To speed it up in a hurry, grind chicken breast in a food processor and then cook and use "no bake" noodles - you'll have a fabulous meal that tastes like you spent all day making it!

Made this for the family and we loved it. Would like to improve for next time, but overall pretty easy to make and makes me look like a pro. Only drawback was keeping it together, however, it was probably something I did wrong. Would recommend as a great alternative to the traditional lasagna!

Loved it, I added some roasted zuccini,butternut squash,onions, carrots and red peppers because i love my veggies. I also added a little mozzarella cheese, and it was perfect.

This was the best homemade lasagna I?ve ever had! I?m not a huge fan of the heavy lasagnas normally found in Italian restaurants or the frozen ones from the grocery, so this is the PERFECT alternative! The only down side is that it took a bit longer to prepare than I was anticipating. We halved the recipe bc there were only 2 people eating, but we added 1 fresh zucchini and one fresh yellow squash and kept the full amount of spinach?mmm! Amazing! We also tossed around the idea of using mozzarella cheese instead of so much parmesan to lower the sodium and increase the creaminess! Also, watch out for Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning?it packs quite a punch!

I made this recipe the day that I saw it on Emeril's show and it was without a doubt the best "tomato-less" lasagna I have ever had; I happened to have both fresh grated parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese and used both of them. Really rich and cheesy - and my kids got their vegetables, too. Will definitely make this many times over.

I liked the flavor combination. Want to try this one again using shrimp instead of chicken. In deed, it does make a hugh dish of food, but I found it does freeze well and it was even better the second time around. Yes, this one is a keeper !!!

After seeing Emeril make this I had to try it for my next dinner party. Unbelievable! This recipe stands on its own - no need for tweaking. We didn't find it too rich at all and were pleased to know that the creamy sauce base was milk rather than cream. Definitely a keeper.

This was excellent. I made it last weekend and it got rave reviews from everyone who had some. It is rich, but really, really good. I followed the recipe exactly, didn't change a thing. It does make a lot of food, it would be great for a pot luck as it serves well at room tempurature, or even for superbowl! Will make again for sure, just not on a weekly basis.

Tried layering cheese ravioli instead of the lasagna noddles, very good but agree very rich as a main dish. Chicken really didn't add anything - next time will leave out chicken and add more veggies for a veggie lasagna type side. Will definitely make again.

I made this for a potluck yesterday. The recipe was very easy to follow. I thought it turned out to rich for my taste but it got rave reviews from alot of the other guests. I will make this again for parties but I wouldn't serve it as a main course at home (only because it is so rich). It made a very large lasagna perfect for a crowd.

After seeing Emeril create this wonderful dish this morning I was inspired to make my first ever lasagna. I was intrigued because it wasn't made with a red sauce. I didn't know you could do that! I stayed true to the recipe (it was fairly easy) but I couldn't leave it alone. I added glops of pesto throughout the lasagna and kicked it up another notch with creole seasoning when I served it. The family gave it rave reviews.
