When I saw the coconut I thought my husband might like it (he loves coconut). I made it for him last saturday night and it was awsome. You have to use the key limes though. We tried one with regular lime juice and it wasn't very good. We think it's a great drink.

I found the recipe to be a little on the sweet side. But over all great for summer day.
I could not detect any lime flavor

it was overpowered by the coco lopez and vanilla. very disappointing
