Okay, so I read the other reviews before making this as I didn't see how it could be so bad. I love shrimp and coctail sauce and shrimp salads, but this was just awful. I would not recommend this and it was a waste of good shrimp!

Finally got around to making this recipe and it was delicious. My husband really loved it! I didn't have chives so I used green onions sprinkles on top. It not only tasted great but looked wonderful.

I've made this salad twice now because we love it so much. I used to love iceberg lettuce with thousand island dressing back in the day. This is a wonderful new twist on this old favorite and Rachel is right-on. It is a no fail recipe...comes out perfect every time.

sweet jesus, has she lost her mind completely? This was supposed to be an update of a classic, making it better. It was one craptacular creation. I would pay money to see someone actually try this horrendous recipe and eat a whole serving withoyt vomiting it back up, which is actually what it looked like on the serving plate. All the sniffing in this episode, hmmm, really makes you wonder.

Tastes as good as it looks!

Iceberg never looked (or tasted) this good! I've made this recipe twice. The first time I followed it to the letter, and it was fantastic! The second time I decided to shred the lettuce instead of quartering it and it was even better... easier to eat, and the dressing coated all of the lettuce.

This was great. Very little effort and time required. Combo of cold crisp iceburng and spicy shrimp dressing was wonderful.

This salad was a hit with our familiy. It was quick and easy to put together and was a welcome different version of the traditional Russian dressing that gave you the added bonus of the health benefits of the shrimp. It will definitely be a part of future menus.
