Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chopped fresh Swiss chard
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup roasted soy nuts
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add Swiss chard and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.
Remove from heat and garnish with soy nuts.
