This is brilliant, and when we had just a few of each left over we mixed them into one dip and that was just as wonderful for our left over chips!

I forgot to add the cilantro, but it was still yummy. Instead of chopping the onion and pepper myself, I put them in the food processor for a really fine dice. Was easy and excellent.

There wasn't too many fans of guacamole dip but the ones who did try it LOVED IT!! the lime definetely added a new taste, I've made guacamole before but never with lime so I gotta say I will add limes from now on.
