After seeing Michael make this on the show, I printed off the recipe and made it that night. We loved it! Of course with the Midwest tomatoes just coming on the timing was perfect! My husband really enjoyed this. I thought it was good but not out of this world. I love this combination but found it tasteless. I think I will try more seasoning next time.

the recipe was easy but i made a 1 large tart and it turned out soggy. the tart was soggy too any ideas on how to fix problem?

My husband and I loved this recipe. It was very quick and easy to make and tasted even better than we thought. The only change we will make for next time is to brush the tins with olive oil instead of butter. Definately a repeat.

I made this into 1 big tart-the flavor was great but the fresh mozzarella made it quite soggy. Next time I will cook the crust a bit longer and not use fresh mozzarella. It tasted wonderful, regardless of the extra moisture.
