Great!!!!! 10/23/2006 at 01:41pm User: LaToya from Huntington, WV User Rating: These potato wedges was so easy to make. It was a big hit at dinner. Usually I cook potato wedges from out the frozen food section. I will never do that again. Thank you! Crispy Baked Potato Wedges 09/22/2006 at 01:27pm User: Janet from Spring Hill, FL User Rating: This was very easy to make even with the par-boiling which made them cook faster. The taste was great with the barbecue seasoning, but would also be good using other herbs as well. This one is a keeper. Very Good 08/13/2005 at 06:35pm User: Anonymous User Rating: It would have been better if I had some idea of the ratio of salt and BBQ seasoning - mine came out too salty Just Okay 06/18/2007 at 04:05pm User: BRITANY from Fontana, CA User Rating: I thought Michael left out a few important steps in this recipe. I am not a very experienced cook yet, and I did not know that you should run cold water over the potatoes after you drain them, to stop them from cooking. I have a feeling that is why my potatoes fell apart. It would have been nice of Michael to have added this tip in his recipe. a few changes make this a 5 star 04/08/2007 at 05:09pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Bread crumbs instead of bbq spice... either garlic & herbs or parmesean do well. Oh yeah and adding asiago cheese on top while they are cooling is icing on the cake. Not Crispy 02/19/2006 at 10:49am User: Sara from Ft. Collins, CO User Rating: Not sure what happened but my potatoes were not crispy at all. I was dissapointed by this recipe and will keep looking for a potato wedge recipe. Fell apart 01/21/2007 at 10:13pm User: David from Seattle, WA User Rating: Not sure wedges should be peeled. Did I do something wrong they just fell apart? AWESOME 01/01/2006 at 09:42pm User: Lisa from Florence, OR User Rating: These are absolutely fantastic potatoes but we did have to cook them longer than the 20 min. |
