This was really easy to make. I skipped the walnuts (don't care for them) and it was a big hit with family and friends. The recipe was not quite enough; everyone wanted more.

Didn't think this sounded too good, but MAN it is. Very light, very cool, very refreshing on hot summer evenings. Someone said it looked horrible, but I think it looks just fine, looks cool, eats cool, and is good for you. GOOD EATS!

I tried this recipe for my wife after seeing it on "Good Eats" recently. She thought it would be a nice change from traditional gazpacho, and indeed it was. The tomatoes and the apples/grapes go together a lot better than I first expected. I'm glad we gave this a shot.
