this is by far one of the best salads i have made at home! i actually felt like i was eating at a fancy resturant without the high prices! great for a lunch or even a picnic at a park! dressing was superb!

delicious and easy. served at the winery for casual dining. our group used the lettuce leaf as a wrap. wonderful dressing. I will definitely make this again.

Whewn I told my husband that I was making shrimp salad he said that it didn't sound appealing. He couldn't get enough of it .. the dressing is so wonderful I Recommend highly!

Emeril has never failed me! And this recipe does it once again! I just made this last week, but am doing it again tonight because I can't stop thinking about how delicious it is! I did do one thing different. Instead of crab and shrimp boil (didn't have on hand)I used Old Bay and Emeril's essence...Great...husband loved too!
