I have made these numerous times for family gatherings and they are always a HUGE hit. However I do serve them with warm or cold Marinara sauce b/c pita bread is kinda dry.

I dont care much about presentation (my son does however) for me, as a single mom on the go, I look for taste and time in preparation, let me tell you, this one has got it all!!! this is one of my favorite snacks to provide for my son after his day at school. Nutrition, homestyle flavor, GREAT recipie!

I was surprised that even my kids loved it. And they are usually picky eaters.

i loved this pecan pie except for one thing, there was too much chocolate when i made it. i do not add that much anymore. i also have to be very careful when baking because the crust can burn a little because of all of the sugar in the pie. but otherwise it is a great pie

Great

Didn't take long at all to sprinkle all the ingredients into a bowl, mix with garlic and butter, spread over pitas with a sprinkle of cheese, and toast.

I loved this recipe - and so did everyone else at the party. It is quick/easy and oh so cheesy. Would make again for an appetizer or even great with soup and salads!

A keeper!

Emeril's recipes usually always are a bit too out there for me - but this one is incredibly easy and flies off the plate at parties - it's become a staple!

These were so simple (I bought the essence in the spice aisle instead of making it) to make and were a big hit both times I served them.

Awesome!

Wow, these took no time at all and everyone loved them. I served them on a cheese and cracker platter for a bridal shower. I cut them with the pizza cutter into little triangles. Yum!

I made this for a women's group of good cooks. They all wanted a copy. It works for a finger-food event, so people are more likely to take one or more.

These were fast and easy to make. Nice extra to add to a meal -- and different than regular cheese toast.
