Fabulous: Yes; Haricot Vert: No 07/19/2007 at 04:21pm User: Lupi from North Haven, CT User Rating: This is so easy and yet so delicious. There is a difference, though, between regular green beans, which is what Ina uses in her recipes on television, and true haricot vert, which are lots thinner than the standard green bean. They are also not "widely available in grocery stores" at least not in the US, contrary to Ina's claim. Please tell her. Great summer veg 06/25/2004 at 09:34am User: TRACY from Carpentersville, IL User Rating: This was very good and easy. Careful with the lemon juice. If you have a large lemon, I wouldn't put all of it in. A little extra mustard (slightly more creamy) was good.
