I made these potatoes as a side dish for Thanksgiving and they were Great! I made them one day in advance and kept them warm in the oven and they were still crunchy and delicious. As a matter of fact, I think they were even more savory (if that's possible).

This was an easy and yummy recipe. I followed the recipe, as is, and it turned out wonderful. Fresh rosemary and garlic are key in this recipe. This is a perfect side dish to any poultry or beef dish. I highly suggest this recipe to everyone. Thank you Ms. Contessa for sharing your recipe.

My family loves potatoes cooked this way. Fresh herbs are the key to its success. You don't have to use rosemary -- fresh basil or fresh thyme also will give a lovely flavor. It's great with roasted chicken as well as grilled steaks.

I was looking for something to go with my BBQ ribs and saw this recipe. I'm not a big fan of rosemary so I substituted fresh dill. My husband and I loved the potatoes. This is an easy and great way to serve potatoes with any meal.

You'll want to make these again and again! So easy to put together. You can vary the spices in any way you like. If you don't mind smaller pieces, you can have them in less time, too. Be sure to lightly grease the pan (or use foil)for an easier cleanup.

These potatoes turned out great! I did a mixture of the red and white potatoes, and it was such a beautiful presentation with the rosemary. The second time I made them, I put aluminum foil down first, which made clean up a breeze.

On my first experience watching Barefoot Contessa, I knew this woman appreciates good food. The recipe combined rosemary and garlic for a full-flavored potato...one that was slightly crispy outside and tender inside. My cooking time was about 10 minutes shorter.

Very easy to make and a great way to use my plentiful supply of Rosemary. I cut my potatoes smaller, didn't want to wait an hour for them to cook. Probably should have let them get crisper, but family couldnt wait.

I tried this recipe for dinner yesterday. It was very good. I noticed however that when Ina made this on the show that she didn't use garlic but it calls for it in the recipe. I also backed off the salt a bit as well. My leftover didn't reheat very good. They were just to dry. Over all a good side dish. Will make it again.

The more I test out Ina's recipe's, the more upset I get thinking of how much money I have wasted in restaurants...even then, you hardly ever get what you pay for. She has taught me how to get the taste of gourment within my own kitchen (that costs pennies on the dollar in comarison)!

I make these potatoes on a regular basis because it's so easy and tastes so good. (fresh herbs and good olive oil are the key) Even my picky kids love these potatoes. I also made them for our Christmas Eve dinner last year and my dad and brother couldn't get enough of them! Thanks Ina for a great recipe.

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

I grew up with this recipe - simple, versatile, & delicious! Mia momma & nonna handed down this recipe & I handed it down to my children. BTW, any good baking pot (cut into wedges & not pared)is good in this recipe, but I prefer using the new potatoes for "company" dishes. Depending on what u serve it with, a few sprinkles of Parmesean cheese goes over well, too.
