Wow! Used a cast iron skillet on the grill and served these with maple-peach glazed ham steak (also from Bobby Flay. Makes for a great dinner or a summer brunch. I can't wait to have this again. The cheese and the little bit of spice are just the right balance.

This recipe is really easy! I happened to have all the ingredients, except goat cheese, in which I substituted Feta, which worked great!
