I love asparagus but was looking for something to change it up. I wouldn't sook asparagus again without this vinaigrette.

I served the aaparagus cold to keep my meal uncomplicated and serve with the sicilian chicken salad. Wonderful and both recipes were easy

The ingredients sounded good but I thought it was kinda bland. If you like this recipe try Ellie Kreiger's green bean salad recipe. That one is out of this world good!

This salad was wonderful, a little heavy on the dressing though. I also added a bit of crumbled goat cheese at the end. DELICIOUS!

I made this in less than 5 mins. flat. I sprinkled slivered/sliced almonds on top and it looked fancy enough for company. I can see this made with other green veggies as well--string beans, brussels sprouts, etc...good eaten at room temp also, which is great for make-ahead menus.
