I cut the garlic down to two cloves and found the dish to have better balance. Next time I'll try grating some orange zest into the gravy, but otherwise, this is a great recipe.

This is a great quick way to cook chicken!

I used Chicken Montreal seasoning to season the chicken but making a pan sauce using garlic and orange juice made this delicious!

Very tasty

I really liked this. I cut the garlic down to two cloves, and I think next time I would also use less thyme, but overall it was delicious. I served it with rice (which it didn't go with very well). Next time I'll serve with pasta.

I was kinda disappointed in this recipe. I followed it exactly, but it really didn't have too much citrus flavor and the garlic was overpowering. Would not make again.

This was a great recipe. It was very quick and easy. I couldn't believe how tasty it was considering the preparation time. I followed the recipe with the exception of using dried thyme (still good) and my orange juice evaporated before the chicken was done. I just added a bit of water which cooked down into the juice by the time the chicken was done. The chicken was still very flavorful as was the "gravy." I served this with parmesan yukon gold mashed potatoes and a salad and it made a great meal!

even the kids loved it

This recipe was a huge hit with the picky eaters at my house, my 4 year old could not get enough of the gravy. My husband never eats anything good for you and he loved it also. And best yet it was the easiest dinner I ever made.

Easy and great!

I shared this with my friend last night, and completely enjoyed it! It went quite nicely with sauteed mushrooms and sundried tomatoes on the side.

The citrus combined with the herb overtones make this dish a multi-layered treat,I also found it quite easy to prepare. When served with a candied orange slice and a thyme sprig, even my family ooohed and ahhhed!
