These eggs were well worth the time and TLC. I served mine with a small dollop of cream cheese and smoked salmon. Truly amazing. Take the time to follow Tyler's recipe. I will never make scrambled eggs the old way again!!

I have been cooking since the age of 14. I never knew scrambled eggs could be so luscious and a much better flavor. I have always loved avocado's, but never thought to add them on the side of the scrambled eggs! AWESOME, TYLER... Thank you very much. Susie

The eggs come out so light, fluffy, and delicious. These seriously are the best ever. I alotted for three eggs per person and it wasn't enough. There is absolutely no other way to make scrambled eggs now.

I can't believe that scrambled eggs could be so delicious. These came out perfectly fluffy and light. The salt and avacado really added a little bit of gourmet to something that's usually so plain.

My husband really isn't picky and rarely comments on anything, just eats it. This egg recipe was soo delicious that he raved the entire meal. We love these so much that we make this for dinner served with potato casserole. YUM

This simple breakfast looked nice with the chives, and the cream cheese was a tasty substitute to milk. Great with toast, bacon, and breakfast fixings.

Normally, I hate eggs....but these I like! Watching this episode taught me how to make eggs (I've always made them like a bad greek-owned diner evidently). The avocado's at the grocery store were in terrible shape... so I also sauteed up chopped onion, red, yellow and green bell pepper, and had it on the side for those guests who wanted to add that to their eggs. It was a hit... and my in-laws think I am a good cook! :)

Perfect, perfect, perfect! Tyler, you are the best! You take our basic foods and make them a hit all over again. Family loved them. When my boys (twins, age 27) asked how I made the scrambled eggs at our last family brunch, after I got over the shock, I knew I had a new family favorite.

Best Brunch Ever

I made this recipe last year for a Sunday Brunch, I ended up having to go get more eggs, because this recipe was so luscious, creamy and delicious, that my guests were begging for more. I have another brunch this Sunday, and the first thing my friends asked was, "will you be making Tyler's eggs?" Of course I will, and every chance I get. This is an easy recipe but keep your eyes on the eggs, if made to perfection, they are beauty personified, and the best eggs I have ever made or eaten, Thanks!!! Tyler, I am the Queen of the Henhouse with these scrambled eggs.
