I'm not a big fan of plain yogurt. Everytime I add it into a smoothie, it always calls for sugar. So this time I ommitted the yogurt and the honey. Used soy milk instead of skim and tangerine juice istead of orange...turned out just fine. Naturally sweet w/less calories.

Way Good !!!!

So Creamy and So good! I added a whole mango and half a papaya. Instead of skim milk I added soy milk. Very refreshing after a workout!

I don't really care for papaya but I had some delicious peaches in the freezer so I replaced the papaya with peaches. IT was SOOOO good and refreshing. Also, I used 1/4 c. of vanilla icecream rather than yogurt, decreased the amount of ice (because the frozen peaches preformed the same job and I don't really like diluted smoothies), and used the whole mango. Such a sweet, intense mango taste!!! Be sure to use ripe mangoes, I know from previous smoothie experience that mangoes that are not ripe make lumpy, disgusting smoothies which I can barely stomach.

My 8 year old daughter and I are enjoying this smoothie as we speak. It is delicious and the honey makes it naturally sweet. My mango wasn't the best so used part mango and part fresh orange and grapefruit. It is really good!!! Thanks.

This is refreshing and light. It is so nice to drink before a good work-out. Barefoot Contessa looked great on this episode. She looks like she has lost weight and her skin is radiant. I hope this drink has such an effect on me! Thanks for all your great recipes!
