For those of you who love french fries, you'll simply love these baked potato wedges they taste just as good as real thing but without all the fat. This is definitely a recipe you'll want to store.

I was making Ina's fantastic parmesan chicken again and thought I would do a potato recipe with it. I am so glad I did. Perfect again Ina. I even like the way they look. I took peels off though. Didn't use garlic. Really tasty. Good with ketchup. Linda

So amazing! Easy, perfect amounts of everything, and perfect cooking time and heat. Other recipes seem to dry them out or not cook them enough. I did not use the rosemary though. They were even better as leftovers because the flavor of the oil and garlic was stronger.

We really enjoyed these potatoes. My husband doesn't like rosemary and so I substituted parsley, but other than that I prepared them as written. They were plenty flavorful without having all of the butter, sour cream, etc. of your usual baked potato. My potatoes were a little smaller and so the baking time was less, so I checked them after 10 minutes of the final baking time and they were perfectly done. Line your sheet with foil and even the clean-up is a breeze.

These were the best! Nice and crunchy on the outside and perfect on the inside. I didn't have any rosemary but they were tasty w/out it. Great recipe to play with spices. I served them with oven chicken fingers and ranch & spicy bbq for dipping. I will definitely be making these again.

These are an easy way to make a healthy version of french fries. The wedges are big and flavorful, crunchy outside, moist inside. I think it would be helpful to change the wording on the baking time. (I thought it was for a total of 30-35 minutes because it says to bake it for that long then "turning to the other cut side AFTER 20 minutes". What it means is bake for the 30 to 35 minutes then turn to the other cut side for ANOTHER 20 minutes. When I noticed in the recipe summary the cooking time is 55 minutes, it made sense.) Other wording being a little confusing, it's an easy recipe and a great accompaniment to steak.

I loved these! I put the olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic in a ziploc baggie and shook it until the potatoes were well coated. They were absolutely delicious!

These are soooo good!!! They were crunchy on the outside, and so tender on the inside!!! The rosemary was just the perfect added addition! This will be a keeper receipe at our home, as my husband and I loved them!!!!

These came out perfect and are fun for kids and adults alike. Fresh rosemary gave the potatoes just what they needed. The outsides were crisp and the insides, tender and moist. I make them all the time and for parties or a special dinner with family and/or friends, I serve them in big plastic, decorated cups.
