To die for 12/29/2005 at 12:34am User: Anonymous User Rating: Was very good! very good 12/28/2005 at 09:01pm User: amy from encinitas, CA User Rating: This was very good. The balsamic vinegar really does bring out a sweetness in the asparagus, which was nice for a change. I think this might be perfect with a little grated Reggiano on top. Great texture 12/22/2004 at 07:44pm User: BETH from Chicago, IL User Rating: I'm always afraid that my asparagus is going to come out stringy and limp... not this recipe! It was crisp, yet tender, and so easy to prepare! I'll definitely make it again. best ones 10/16/2004 at 07:41pm User: Anonymous User Rating: My family enjoyednthis very much and want it again Very good! 10/06/2005 at 04:53pm User: CARRIE from orlando, FL User Rating: I read the reviews before and decided to make one batch per the recipe and one batch with more vinegar (which a few user had suggested using more of). Both were good BUT the one where I used more vinegar did turn out a little too tangy. I will stick with the regular recipe only next time. Simple and easy. Delicious! 08/28/2004 at 07:20pm User: AMY from Jackson, TN User Rating: Not only is this recipe EASY!!!! It's delicious to boot! I found though I preferred the flavor of the asparagus at room temp or even cold, rather than hot. Great Job Sara! All around pleaser 06/24/2004 at 06:27pm User: ANNE from Longview, TX User Rating: Very easy & fast to prepare and very tasty. Also low calory and low carbs. The Best 05/11/2005 at 11:08am User: KATHY from Fairfield, CA User Rating: Roasted asparagus doesn't get any bette4r than this recipe! I loved it and the balsamic vinegar made them taste wonderful. I might use a little bit more next time, but this recipe is perfection. Super Easy 04/25/2008 at 06:25pm User: Jessica from Galion, OH User Rating: I cooked this for Easter brunch. Everyone loved it and it was super easy to make. You just do everything in the baking pan and stick in the oven for about 10 min. Okay...But nothing special 04/03/2007 at 09:18pm User: Janet from St. George, UT User Rating: This recipe is certainly quick and easy, but the resulting flavor was a little disappointing. I have better recipes using the roasting method which I prefer and will use in the future. Took It Up A Notch 03/31/2008 at 12:21pm User: Ann from Salem, SC User Rating: Sprinkled with lemon peel before roasting. Sprinkled with shredded parmesan after roasting. Loved it 03/28/2008 at 05:24pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I love asparagus and I love it even more with this recipe Hooray for Balsamic Vinegar! 03/27/2005 at 08:12pm User: SANDY from Astoria, NY User Rating: The balsamic vinegar reduces to the perfect consistency. Absolutely delicious. Sara's attention to details (475 degree oven for 10 mins. as opposed to 400 degrees for 15 mins.with other recipes I've seen) makes all the difference in the world. They came out tender, not soggy. I will continue to seek out her recipes before trying others. She knows what she's doing!
