This was very good. The balsamic vinegar really does bring out a sweetness in the asparagus, which was nice for a change. I think this might be perfect with a little grated Reggiano on top.

I'm always afraid that my asparagus is going to come out stringy and limp... not this recipe! It was crisp, yet tender, and so easy to prepare! I'll definitely make it again.

I read the reviews before and decided to make one batch per the recipe and one batch with more vinegar (which a few user had suggested using more of). Both were good BUT the one where I used more vinegar did turn out a little too tangy. I will stick with the regular recipe only next time. Simple and easy.

Not only is this recipe EASY!!!! It's delicious to boot! I found though I preferred the flavor of the asparagus at room temp or even cold, rather than hot. Great Job Sara!

Roasted asparagus doesn't get any bette4r than this recipe! I loved it and the balsamic vinegar made them taste wonderful. I might use a little bit more next time, but this recipe is perfection.

I cooked this for Easter brunch. Everyone loved it and it was super easy to make. You just do everything in the baking pan and stick in the oven for about 10 min.

This recipe is certainly quick and easy, but the resulting flavor was a little disappointing. I have better recipes using the roasting method which I prefer and will use in the future.

The balsamic vinegar reduces to the perfect consistency. Absolutely delicious. Sara's attention to details (475 degree oven for 10 mins. as opposed to 400 degrees for 15 mins.with other recipes I've seen) makes all the difference in the world. They came out tender, not soggy. I will continue to seek out her recipes before trying others. She knows what she's doing!
