My meat and potatoes man and two young daughters really enjoyed this recipe. A wonderful meal and not heavy. Plan to enjoy this quick prep meal again and again.

I've made this and its great. Sometimes its refreshing to go veggie. I can't wait to try this one out with my home grown garden tomatoes yummmmmm.
