We really enjoyed this simple dish. Since my husband and son have managed to fill my freezer with trout fillets this summer, I used it in place of the sole. It worked beautifully. Quick, easy and delicious!

I made this last night and it was a big hit. Because I had somewhat thick pieces, I didn't turn off the stove when I fliped the filet. I simple turned it down to medium heat. I also added an extra spoonful of lemon and a teaspoon of good white wine to the sauce. Definately will make again.

Easy to make and very tasty!!

This dish was excellent. I am a big fan of sole for it being so light and flaky and the lemon and herb sauce was a perfect complement to this fish. I didn't quite use as much butter as it called for (only about 3 tablespoons total) and it was still FABULOUS! Highly recommend

This recipe was as easy as could be. Instead of the water I used white wine and it was fabulous. Next time I'm going to add a little garlic to it and see how that goes.
