Yum!! These patties have tons of flavor. I don't like artichokes or olives, so I left them out. Instead of chopping all the vegetables, I put them all in a food processor until they were almost pureed, which gave the patties a more consistent texture.

Wow

Save yourself some paper in the future and laminate this recipe after you print it out. Seriously the best burger I've ever had. Plus it won't feel like someone punched you in the stomach after you eat it.

This was a great burger! I loved how all the vegetables worked with the chicken. I pan fried them quickly just to get them to hold their shape then I finished them off on the grill. Fabulous!

fantastic!!!

I omitted the artichokes and olives but everything else was the same. I did add a few extra tablespoons of bread crumbs because the mixture was pretty sticky. This were the best burger I have had in many a moon. My husband absolutely loved them. Thanks for the recipe.

The flavors are really great in this recipe. My husband usually only likes hamburgers, but he really enjoyed these patties. No ground chicken available, but turkey worked great.

Wish you would rename these "burgers", I had such a hard time finding the recipe...but once I finally made them, they were FAB! A nice fresh bun makes a big difference! My huband and grandson gave them the thumbs up!

Awesome healthy alternative to hamburgers

This recipe appealed to me from the first time we saw it on the show. I made the recipe the next day and everyone loved it. Never had a burger of any kind with so much flavor and wholesome taste. I went heavier on the jalapenos because we tend to like our food spicy. Great summer recipe or anytime. They also reheat really well in the microwave. I take leftovers for lunch and they're as good or better the next day as the seasonings blend together. Great anytime, thanks

AWESOME!!

Surprisingly Delicious

I was a little worried at first, the texture of the precooked patties was mushy and looked ICK!! But after cooking, they were so delicious and tasty. My husband was ready to drown in ketchup fearing that a chicken burger would be gross, but he actually loved it. We served with tillamook cheddar and thick sliced bacon on top. DELICIOUS!

I was cruisin' through the channels and stopped on Guy's show and watched him make the chicken patties. 2 days later I tried them for my family - - they were a hit!!!! My husband enjoyed the hint of a zing from the jalapenos and the texture. I was excited to try something new and it worked out wonderfully!!

Very moist patty; finally a chicken patty that isn't dry & tough. It has a "different" , but definately good, flavor. I did not have Hungarian so used regular paprika. This will be a regular at my house.

Couldn't wait to try this after the tv show- and I followed the reciped quite exactly. Somehow this didn't do it for me, although two others found the patties to be quite good. Maybe I'm just too used to ground beef. I used a cast-iron pan and got a good crust on the patties, but the texture was soft. It was lots of work dicing all the veggies, and I was hoping this to be great. But I'll keep trying Guy's creations- love his show.

I couldn't imagine some of these ingredients together, but, the colors were great. We made this right after the show and it was a definite Home Run!!! So much so that my husband ran down to the market to get more ingredients so we would have the patties ready to go in the freezer. Have eaten them twice this week!!!

This is my first time making Chicken Burgers and the whole family really enjoyed them. This will go in our Favorites Recipe box. My son told me these were better than any fast food grilled chicken sandwich. A must try recipe! Perfect blend of flavors from the veggies, herbs and spices.

wow!

These chicken burgers are amazing! An excellent alternative to your everyday (more fattening) beef burgers. And the vegetables make it even more delicious! I made it for some college girlfriends of mine (you know, those skinny chicks who only eat lettuce) and they loved these burgers! Now they will need to take the ultimate test: feeding these to the guys. I will make these again and again.

Healthy Burgers that actually taste great...

I followed the receipe to the letter with the exception I used ground turkey instead of chicken since I just bought the turkey and then I watch Guy's show and thought I will try to make this receipe with the turkey. It came out great. Not that I am amazed as Guy is a great chef and I love watching him on the Food tv network. I tried his trick of using sarran wrap in a paper bowl and they make perfect burgers without all the mess. We ate 3 burgers and i froze 3 for later. Very clever trick.

I jumped on this recipe after seeing Guy cook this over the weekend. My husband is on a low salt diet and this is perfect. I left out the olives and paprika and found "Hot" artichoke hearts which I used instead of the Jalapeno. These were wonderful. Easy, moist and full of flavor.

I saw the show 4/20, got the recipe off foodnetwork.com, bought what ingredients that I needed. Ground Chicken was not available so I sub with ground turkey. Lots of flavor and the turkey did not dry out. This was a hit with my family.
