very simple and easy, i eliminated the hotdogs and added some cajun sausage and shrimp..yum

Add some grated garlic to taste -- we like a lot -- and shrimp definately adds lots of flavor -- add them with the clams. You can also add some drained, seeded and diced tomatoes
