The White Bean Bruschetta is absolutely amazing. When I make it sometimes I use more spices and less oil, but regardless this is one of the best recipes out there, of any type of food. This is an absolute must to try!

I made only the cece bean and the tomato basil recipes, and I can tell you that they came together in no time! I have received rave reviews for both, so bringing these to a party is definitely an ego-booster! FYI, I gave the cece beans a rough chop, because if left intact, they tend to roll off of the toast!
