I didn't make the chica-dillas, but I made the pork for sandwiches. I did cook it a lot longer than Ingrid, and the meat just fell apart. So easy and delicioso; great for big crowds.

Oh my. This was really good! I am sorry that I don't eat pork so I used chicken breast but my entire family still loved it! The adobo Delicioso spices are now a staple in my meals. This dish is so easy so I added it to our top 10 fun, delicioso dinners! And what a blast to serve this to your friends with some margarita's and other libations! The best!

I thought these were just ok. Seemed likt alot of ingriedents for so so flavor.Didn't like the pork loin seemed to dry and hard to "shred". Like how the quesadillas were put together will do it but with different ingriedents.

great flavor

made a great dinner party meal with these, but they would have been better with a high quality barbeque sauce...something not too sweet.

My family loved the BBQ-spicy flavor! It was not too spicy. Very Tasty!!Could not find the papaya nector/juice anywhere! Dont think its really necessary as the pork is cooked til its falling apart. Will definitely make again and probably substitute with chicken.

Made this tonight for my Grammy party and it was a unanimous hit! Everyone wanted the recipe and my children are begging me to make it for every occasion possible. This was simply delicious-- not too tangy, perfect balance of complex flavors. Thanks, Ingrid!

Soooo good

This pork was delicious! I couldn't find papaya nectar so I substituted with apricot nectar and added one can of chicken broth instead of the beer. It was fantastic. My husband had a quesadilla and then made himself a HUGE burrito filled with the meat, he couldn't get enough. He was actually mad he was "full" because he wanted to keep eating.

VERY TASTY AND VERY LITTLE WORK

I MADE SANDWICHES INSTEAD OF QUESADILLAS. IT TOOK ME MORE TIME TO COOK THE MEAT THAN THE RECIPE INDICATED BUT I DID ADD MORE MEAT THAN SUGGESTED. MY HUSBAND AND I INVITED SOME FRIENDS FOR A GAME NIGHT AND EVERYBODY LOVED MY SANDWICHES. I REALLY ENJOY WATCHING INGRID AND I REALLY ENJOY THE TASTE OF HER RECIPES.

This recipe was awesome! I have 4 children ages 8 to 3, and they all had seconds! I simply took out the seeds in the chipotle chili's to temper it a bit.

Yummy!

Wow! A new thing to do with pork tenderloin with GREAT flavor. My husband and I loved this. I's a new spin on BBQ chicken pizza. Adding this to our list of favorite comfort foods!

I thought the loin was difficult to shred - pork butt or shoulder roast would be easier and I will use that cut next time. The beans need salt and the loin recipe needs more heat. Other than that- delicious!

Yum, yum and YUM!!!!!!

This is FABULOUS!!!! I made it last night for my family and everyone, from my 74 year-old mother to my 4 year-old daughter, LOVED it!!! My oldest said he needs it every night and told me to give it a 12 3/4 out of 5 stars...and I definitely agree. Simple and delicious...you are right, Ingrid!

Simply muy muy delicioso!!

Recipe was easy to follow and the best part was that it was quick! I used 3 pork tenderloins and I doubled the recipe for the sauce. I really like that this recipe uses tenderloins instead of the pork butts, less greasy this way but you still have the same great flavor. I made bbq sandwiches and will make the quesadillas tomorrow for lunch (since my husband isn't a fan of quesadillas). He did like the spicyness of the bbq sauce as we all did. I kept the seeds in the adobo chilis for extra heat. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

The pulled pork was delicious and could definitely be used for sandwiches or other dishes. Made this with the Ranchero Beans which were also very flavorful.

Gave it a try

There are alot of ingrediants that are not normally in my kitchen but I gave it a try anyway, the recipe needs some work as the flavours were off,and the meat was stringy.I gave only one star because I put in alot of effort and expense on a recipe that I feel was not well tested.

Truly Delicioso!!

This pulled pork was so easy and fast. I used a dark beer for the BBQ sauce and onion flakes in lieu of the onion powder. My Family loved it as pulled pork sandwiches and in the quesadillas. This is a keeper!!
