 1. Slice tuna Carefully slice tuna loin into large chunks.
 2. Roll in sesame seeds After tuna has marinated, roll tuna in sesame seeds until evenly coated.
 3. Sear Place tuna on well-oiled and heated grill. Sear 15 to 30 seconds on each side.
 4. Remove from heat and cover Remove from heat and cover with plastic wrap for 3 minutes.
 5. Slice into thin strips With serrated knife, slice thinly using long and smooth strokes.
 6. Arrange on plate and serve Arrange on plate and serve with dipping sauce (reserved marinade).
