Ingredients
1 (5-ounce) bag lightly salted kettle potato chips
1/2 (5-ounce) can white sauce (recommended: Aunt Penny's)
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon half-and-half
2 tablespoons crumbled Roquefort cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
degrees F.
Place kettle chips on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
In small saucepan, over medium heat, combine all remaining ingredients, except blue cheese
crumbles. Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
